Meet joe

He is an avid traveler and has been to 24 countries. He started traveling after living in Germany for a year following graduating from high school and being awarded a vocational scholarship with the CBYX program.
He has deep roots in the city of Gainesville and the University of Florida. His mother graduated from UF with a degree in Journalism and he graduated with a degree in Business Administration. His father is a tenured professor at the College of Journalism, where he and his mother met as coworkers.
As a child Joe and Beau were neighbors. He would often go to Beau’s house on the weekends and during the summer to hang out with his sons Carson and Gresham.
He was born during a blizzard in Sioux City, Iowa.
He and his dorky friends won a dodgeball tournament with a dozen other teams.
Joe was a varsity wrestler in High School, and says it is the hardest thing he has ever done in his life. He attributes his work ethic to his experience on the wrestling team.
He loves to detail cars.
Due to his mom’s allergies, the only pets he had growing up were two hermit crabs.
He once played a round of golf at 1 am
Growing up, he had dreams of being a youtuber. He gained 10 million views on the platform and amassed 40 thousand subscribers before deciding on Commercial Real Estate for a career.
